PHOTO DISPLAY FRAME

Sisters photo frame
Where did July go huh?? Anyway let's kick start August with some creations and make it a month to get scrapping !!! I received my very gorgeous DT kit from Veronica last Friday and spent about 10 minutes oohing and aahing at the contents... right up my alley !!!

My first creation is a OTP photo display frame. It was painted in cream/off white paint and then distressed- with sandpaper.

I traced each section onto the backing board and mounted the photos to 3 of the sections.

I added some rub on quotes to the 3 non photo sections.

The top frame piece was then adhered - using double sided tape , to the backing board, over the top of the photos and patterned paper sections.

Next the embellishments were added.

I inked the Dusty Attic Birds on a Branch #2 chipboard piece in aqua  and cut it , adhering the 2 sections to the top and bottom of the frame.

Some Prima Firefly Paper Mulberry Flowers were added along with some smaller Kaiser blooms.

A few pearls were scattered amongst the branches.

Other embellishments added - Prima Wood Buttons- Songbird, Petaloo Glass Pins- Peach, Graphic 45 Staples- Metal Buttons, some lace, ribbon and some more pearls
Hope you like the result !!!
