Sue P here, and I'm back again to share another creation using some "Fancy Pants" products for Wild About Scrap - this time from the "Childish Things" range. I decided to mix things up a bit and created a layout that is 8.5 x 12". (I know the traditional size is 8.5 x 11", but as they go into the same albums as my 12 x 12" layouts, I prefer this size.)
I actually began this layout with the "Childish Things - Glitter Cuts" in mind, as I just LOVE using transparencies (especially ones that sparkle, it turns out!) These glittered die cuts come on an 8 x 8" sheet and coordinate perfectly with the papers from the same range. (I cut the doiley shaped one in half and adhered it along the top & bottom edges of my layout.) I also used some "Prima Garden Picks - Small Butterflies" to embellish my layout (LOVE these little beauties!)
The sentiment is also from the Glitter Cuts sheet, (and I couldn't resist using a couple of my other favourite things - a paper doiley and paint!)...
